Account Registration

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the ProFMCG Loyalty Mobile Application (the "Service") operated by SPEEDFORCE DIGITAL ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

ProFMCG Points

1.1. To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

1.3. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Redeeming Prizes

3.1. Users may redeem prizes using the points they have accumulated through the ProFMCG Loyalty mobile application.

3.2. Prizes are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3.3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of users to redeem prizes and may require additional information or documentation.

User Conduct

4.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and by these Terms.

4.2. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

4.3. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

Privacy Policy

5.1. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found in the Sunpro Privacy Policy By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information per our Privacy Policy.

Termination

6.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms
